The founder and Managing Director, Fraser Russell (42) was himself a Head (Chief) Concierge in the 5 Star hotel industry in Central London.
Fraser�s career has spanned 17 years in the concierge and customer service sector. Not only has he worked in prestigious London hotels but has also assisted many clients on a personal basis in the UK as well as around the world.
As well as his efforts in the 5 star hotel industry Fraser and Head Concierge.com have been featured in various avenues of the press, with the most recent being featured on the BBC Radio 5 Live Breakfast show presented by Brian Alexander and Gillian Joseph.
Throughout his career he has been fortunate enough to meet, service and work with a variety of people and companies many of which he is now able to call friends.
