walk your pet while you are at work, pick up your dry
cleaning, grocery shop and do your banking.

the "to-do's" on your list, and make your
personal arrangements all at the same time. In short,
a concierge is your meeting & event planner, errand
runner, personal shopper, and delivery person.
Who are Headconcierge?
Head Concierge Ltd is owned and managed
by professional Concierge from the 5 star hotel industry
along side personnel with many years of client service
management.
The founder and Managing Director,
Fraser Russell (39) was himself a Head (Chief) Concierge
in the 5 Star hotel industry in Central London.
Fraser’s career has spanned
17 years in the concierge and customer service sector.
Not only has he worked in prestigious London hotels
but has also assisted many clients on a personal basis
in the UK as well as around the world.
As well as his efforts in the 5 star hotel industry Fraser and Head Concierge.com have been featured in various avenues of the press, with the most recent being featured on the BBC Radio 5 Live Breakfast show presented by Brian Alexander and Gillian Joseph.
Throughout his career he has been
fortunate enough to meet, service and work with a variety
of people and companies many of which he is now able
to call friends.
